This chair looks amazing online but it lacks serious functionality with the lumbar support piece. I’m 6’1” and 210 lbs. I cannot get this chair dialed in to a point where it’s even somewhat comfortable. For me, the lumbar support will not recede back into the chair enough. It sticks out way too far so I’ve actually removed it to feel a little bit of comfort in this chair. Beyond that, I find the arms of the chair much too short. They only adjust up and down and in and out so I’m limited to specific arm positions.
I will never buy another chair online. Lesson learned.
Was this helpful?Ofl Furniture12 seconds agoIt is unfortunate you had this experience with the Q2, as it is a popular chair and usually in the deepest position of lumbar pad with seat depth adjusted to the maximum given your height it is quite comfortable. That being said people that are tall like you, do have a tendency to favour the D-2 model in memory foam seat at that particular price point. The higher priced H2 an X2 Pro chairs offer full adjustability but at a much higher price point for people of your stature. Buying Chairs online is a challenge but we do offer to all clients to reach out with questions and comments about the chairs features and benefits prior to purchase. This does help minimize surprises like you had with some functions not working to your satisfaction.
