Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress online. Shipping rates for most products are calculated at checkout based on your location within Canada.

Free Shipping

All Hinomi and Office Star chairs ship FREE to most locations across Canada, excluding remote or northern regions and provinces.

Flat Rate Shipping

Nightingale chairs are shipped at a flat rate of $80 across applicable regions in Canada.

Local Delivery

For customers in the Ottawa and Toronto areas, we offer local delivery services for a reasonable fee.

Deliveries outside major city areas may be subject to additional mileage and fuel charges.
Larger items, including certain desks and furniture pieces, may be available for local delivery only within these regions.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available for all products at our Ottawa and Toronto locations. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Special Orders

Custom and special-order furniture from our partner IOF may be eligible for direct delivery to homes or businesses in the Toronto area and surrounding regions, depending on the product.
